The main reason I am out of INPR (a few days BEFORE the deal announcement) and will NEVER be back is that this deal IMHO has put an upper limit on the price of INPR which is about 3/4 of the price of CORL. In this case, NEVER doesn't turn out to be such a long time. Absent some other bidders or a rejection by the stockholders, INPR stock will soon cease to exist anyway. I'm still looking for some advantage in this deal. I'm concerned that what we have is a rehash of the small software company (CORL/INPR) taking on MSFT. And while CORL Linux + INPR tools may make the foundation for a formidable opponent, Microsoft's pockets are just too damned deep. In addition, there are all these other Linux vendors around. With that said, I was in my local Best Buy yesterday and found more CORL Linux on the shelves than all the others combined. Of course, it may be that all the RHAT had already been sold...
