How about substituting "young German" in place of "young American"? Then you could have a proclamation by Adolph Hitler, for it is exactly duty, obligation and sacrifice that was the philosophy of Nazi Germany. penni, I think every American who cherishes freedom, who loves liberty, and who respects the idea of privacy and individualism should protest this and keep protesting it for all we're worth -- because it is the not-so-subtle signs of the emergence of the raw beginnings of totalitarianism and fascism.
