Cliff, Nice post. To be sure, I'm not gung-ho on either side. I just want everything to be fair, and everyone treated fairly. I don't have a clue on how to run a wireless company, and I suspect that neither do the folks who post endlessly on RB. I just don't want my shares to go to zero, when there's a chance for them to go much higher. Management did issue us an ultimatum" "Give us shares, or else." And, if you recall, I raised the point earlier that the original proxy could be viewed as "an act of good faith". Well, it turns out that I was correct! We'll see what this week brings....
