Alex, You said (read your own post) that the Rockefellers financed BOTH parties. then you proceed to lambaste the Bush's claiming preferential treatment. Do the numbers, if the Rockefellers were the friends of the Republican candidate, they were also the friend of the Democratic candidate by contributing to BOTH parties. Reading American History has nothing to do with logic, a principle you seem to be lacking.

By the was, the whites you mentioned were not "slaves". They were indentured servants who came voluntarily and were permitted to work their way out of debt and into freedom. The black people did not COME here. They were dragged in chains from Africa, sold into slavery by other, rival, black tribes, transported in ships without room enough to stand or deficate in private, and sold on the auction block to the highest bidder. A most deplorable chapter in American History but, a practice, not new to the world.~H~
