Tony, the broker will send all shareholders of record the letter announcing the DSP and will include the special number in the letter. You have to be a shareholder of record by the of-record date for the DSP. Some receive their letters sooner than others. I normally wait a few days to get mine after others are congratulating themselves about getting their letters. My broker is Schwab. Some get left out by mistake. If this happens, CMGI Shareholder Relations helps out with the red tape. If you can't access your Wit account by Monday give them a call. Check with your bank to see if the heck cleared yet.
