Kevin, at these prices I would look at getting into CMGI anyway on Monday. I believe that in the past, by the time the DSP was announced the of-record date had passed. I was too new the past two times to pay attention to those details, but a poster on RB recalled that the letteres were in the mail already when the DSP was announced.

Note: It has not yet been announced - only the IPO. However, I don't anticipate a long wait.
