Thanks for the info. I know all the e-traders have been having trouble because of the volume but nonAction Direct has always been a piece of crap. Now it's a joke! I'm looking around this weekend for a list of top ranked online brokers. I'll look at Scwab. I'll probably move most of it to my full service broker anyway. No sense in worrying about a few bucks in a market like this!
