Mohamed,
Great find (thanks, tech_future2000)!
A couple of points, though...
The CNET service is great, but everyone should be aware that all (or at least all of the offers I checked) lead back to the Kingston RIMMs. So it would appear that only Kingston is offering RIMMs at this point. All of these sites are distributors who are buying in "bulk" and not charging as much mark-up as Kingston does.
Which leads to the second point -- it points out a partial flaw in the price tracking I've been doing using the Dell and Kingston sites. If you plug the KTC7338/128 part number into the Kingston site, you still get the $1,108 suggested retail price. So the prices I've been tracking are full list price, not what I could get them from through a distributor. However, I've been tracking the Kingston MSRP price since mid-January, and it hasn't changed, so any price declines that tech_future2000 found occurred in early January. Since everyone seems to be selling this same part, the next round of price declines won't happen until Kingston drops its MSRP, at which point prices will drop across the board. If Kingston is the only RIMM manufacturer, this may not happen quickly. Hopefully someone else will come on-line soon.
I plan to include the CNET site in my list of sites for price tracking. Good stuff!
