A legislative committee in Arizona has prepared a secession resolution in the event the federal government declares martial law. Don't know about Utah, but I read somewhere that Montana is doing something similar. worldnetdaily.com Edit - Just remembered that in Montana they either passed a law or they intend to that says a federal agent must get permission from the local sheriff before serving a warrant on a citizen.
