Dear Mr. G.A. Lyons,

Lets get directly to the points.

1. Can't You see that holding back results from MSP771 PII trials are hurting Company more than anything else?

2. Can't You see that bios with more than severalfold lower pipeline perspective are grabbing big portion of the $$$$, now freely available to sector? What are You going to do about?

3. Can't You see that NBIX is in ideal position to profit (and secure future and fortune) from current market sentiment?

So, let put aside individuals ego and interest, move on, and focus where big pay-off may be achievable with high probability.

In June Company stated that final analysis of the *terminated* MSP771 PII trials will be completed by year-end. Now, we are at middle of the February, waiting for Company Q-report and what will be Company final decision in regards the MSP771. So, regardless what are results and decision, have in mind that *anxiety* is ours worse enemy. Spell it out!

NBIX has lot to go for. Your message to current and future Company employee: "sky is the limit", will have meaning only if all necessary factors come together in proper relations and in synergy.

Someone may think that I am talking without any sense, but I think that You will figure out what I have on mind.

Miljenko

PS: I have send similar message, here at SI, to the VRTX, REGN, OSIP, ...CEO. WHY?
This are comps where majority of my investment is and I am sure that their perspective are great. However, I still see *old way* of how business is done. And, that isn't good, imo.

This are very exciting days for biotechnology and it will set course for many companies in years to come. And, I am not talking about momentum money coming into sector.I am talking about real money. In the future every bios will experience significant competition in all field and only comps with secure and strong financial position as well as diverse programs will survive, it is MY OPINION.
