FWIW: The price was 1.75 x book value for TCBY; if we used the same metrics for YF and assume a book value of $3 ; then a take-over price of YF would be at least $5.625 CDN. Comments??? EDIT: if the book value 1.75 factor was used, then EPIE would be worth at least $12 US in a takeover
