Kerry,
  Check this post:
Frank, The engineers at UCR are obviously a very capable group. Of course, before they begin testing the engine, software issues must be addressed, there are parts to become familiar with and multiple measurements to be documented. It's my understanding that some or all of this is being addressed as we speak. Personally, at this time, I believe it's highly likely that UCR is in possession of OX2 parts, but not a fully functional engine.
As you know, the issues are much more complicated than walking an engine thru the front door, throwing it on a dyno, and announcing to the world that the Holy Grail of engines is among us.
It's my belief, that even if UCR was currently in possession of a fully functional OX2 engine, the issues above would need to be satisfied before the engine could be meaningfully tested.
So, the bottom line is (and I don't know this to be 100% accurate), it appears the University isABOUT ready to accept an OX2 engine for testing and AENG is ABOUT ready to deliver an OX2 engine. And again, I'm expecting delivery to occur during the month of February, hopefully sooner than later.
  Sincerely, Greg
PS. The above is only my opinion.
