Do you know enough about the two suits that would suggest IDC has a case against ERICY it didn't against MOT?

This litigation is no secret so I find it hard to believe the street would be ignoring any serious threat with the price action we've seen. But, hey, I've been fooled before.

I too, welcome comments...JDN, what do you think?
