Note that the watch list for February 7th did rather well in a down market on Friday. Nearly every stock on this list is up and what really characterizes this list is the "reversal" theme. The stochastic you will note of all stocks except DIGN which is in a multi-day uptrend, were comfortably under 70, which is the beginning low range for 'overbought' stochastic. The 20 day moving average is almost a conservative 114 again except for DIGN. Stochastics of high flying BOBJ is 92 20 day MA is 140, Stochastics of NEWP is 84 and 20 day MA is 148 for comparison and SIFY stochastics are 91 and 20 day MA is 196. The two stocks GNTA and CEGE are well above their session lows, and VOXX although not at session high is ranked #2 in the Telecommunication Equipment group after such hard hitters such as 1. JDSU and 2. QCOM. It also got another ranking of "strong buy" and it will most likely pop on Monday, or Tuesday like the others did. Watch List for February 7, 2000 Most of the stocks below are looking like they are in reversal. They were either biotechs that have had a few days of correction and/or earnings plays.
