I got a notice in the mail from some attorneys soliciting me for a class action lawsuit against FMKT. It is from Bernstein Liebhard & Lifshitz, LLP and it is targeted to all purchasers of Freemarkets securities between Dec 10, 1999 and Jan 4, 2000. I guess this is related to all the mess around GM moving to Commerce One and FMKT not disclosing this material appropriately to the public in a timely manner.

Anyway, my question is has anyone else gotten this mail from attorneys and if so what have you done? Does it make any sense to jump on the bandwagon?

Thanks for any feedback.

Prashant
