Steve, your thoughts on the possibility of Via Net Works (VNWI), whose IPO was a hit on Friday gaining almost 140%, and Formus Communications merging/forming alliance? I find it interesting that DLJ brought VNWI public and is scheduled to bring Formus out as well.

What do you think of the potential synergies between these two companies? See such a deal as likely?
