<Anyone out for a majority forgets a minority no matter how they package it.> The Limits of a Democracy lies in the Tyranny of the Majority. The Minority has rights too. But their positions cannot be enacted in a Democracy. The concept of state rights, tries, I think, to bridge this dichotomy a bit. The Minority always has a right to argue on behalf of their positions. "They" should never be silenced. Life is never fair to all parties concerned.
