To all, I would certainly appreciate any or all comments on my situation wrt the DSP. I bought 100 shares of CMGI early last week. This was my first investment into this Company. At the time I knew nothing about the DSP or about the Altavista IPO. I now see that I must own 200 shares of CMGI to participate in the DSP. I think I am willing to buy 100 more but I am worried about the "of-record" date. I would have to sell other securities in order to purchase more CMGI and then incur capital gains liabilities to do so. I am a shareholder as of last week Tuesday (only 100 shrs). I could be a 200-shr holder on Monday. Any comments?
