Nokia gearing up for e-busisness -CEO

HELSINKI,Feb 11, The world's top mobile phone maker Nokia (NYSE:NOK)
must quickly become a company supporting electronic business and create its own end-to-end electronic business capability, its head said.

Chief Executive Jorma Ollila wrote in Nokia's corporate magazine Link that at least three things were essential for Nokia to become a leader in mobile e-business:

''Fast creation of the company's end-to-end e-business capability; rapid transformation into an organisation geared with processes, products and tools that support e-business; and fast creation and adoption of new mobile digital services.''

Ollila said that company could benefit fully from wireless electronic business if they sought to use it both to generate new revenue at the top line and to bring efficiences that would help the bottom line.
