Broadcasting & network : - The family of MPEG-2 encoding products DBE 4100 demonstrated with the DBE 4120 for contribution, the DBE 4130 for DVB broadcasting applications and the new DBE 4140 for local insertion. - the new SuperEncoder option of the DBE 4130 broadcast encoder allowing further enhanced image quality and therefore even more efficient statistical multiplexing. - a new MPEG-2 multiplexer, the BroadMux allowing opportunistic data management. - the ATM network interface XNA 4600 addressing the needs for transmission of audiovisual services over ATM. - the new ACM 4200 Telecom Contribution Codec making video trunking on the telecom network a reality with optimal rendered quality. - A true end-to-end DVB Interactive Cable Network solution based on the DRC 7100 Interactive Network Adaptor.
