I obtain my daily quotes on PCCLF from Fidelity, although they are always at least 24 hours behind the HK market. Despite their huge float, potential political problems and rumors of stock manipulation, anyone who has owned this for the last 2 months has been well rewarded.

I cannot imagine that Mr. Wetherall of CMGI would do a stock swap and ML recommend it without good reason.
