I've been keeping up with the IBIC boards at Raging Bull and Hooverman ( geocities) and it appears that there are new investors coming into the stock based on confidence in the ability of Gary Fitchett ( new CEO ) to turn things around. Gary has a stellar history in rescuing companies with a good premise or product or asset, but terrible management and turning them into profitable and functioning entitites. IBIC meets this criteria. Hopefully we see news very soon.
