You wrote--->mytrack went into mode where orders were saying that they were getting received by broker, but they were not getting filled....and when you went to cancel them, it took 5-10mins to get cancel....

I had the same exact problem, and without any exageration, those cancelled orders just sat there doing nothing for the same amount of unacceptable time you described... totally BS !

Once again here, our friendly MyTrack rep is ignoring the
problems that did occur on friday...funny that they finally
admit here they were having the system freez-ups for so many past weeks.... which I never saw him comment on before now....and the problem was constant and daily for that time.

...Now if this problem with "cancelations" sitting dead on the screen keeps
re~occuring, it will be weeks before they will acknowledge
this problem, probably....Let's see if this post gets PEWD or anyone from MyTrade to respond, in a more timely fashion to order cancellations taking 5 - 10 mins !....of course , alot of people were calling in Friday, and the phone waits were up to 20 mins, even an after the close...... I wonder what the problem was? mmmmmmmmmm. :-)
(I called in, after 20 mins wait, and got the usual run-around ! )

...and this problem of cancelled orders sitting "dead" happened
for weeks back in Nov/Dec ( believe), and they----> "knew nothing", or pretended not too for fear of having to accept responsibility for...they finally did accept responsibility
but not for ones that occurred when it happened the most frequently, and people suffered the most losses . And they had the same connection, log-on Freeze ups months ago and they are just finally having one good week? Rediculous!

....and now it's possibly because of: "too much bandwidth?" LMAO!

Once again he refuses to acknowledge here or comment on the issue
of cancelled orders Friday, sitting dead on the screen for as you posted
here in his post : ( funny how he overlooks your post )http://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=12853423

**but ofcourse everything worked decently finally for 3 or 4 days out
of a month..

...so everything is just "ROSY" over at MyTrade!---->NOT!

But once again, so typical he refuses to comment on a problem you have clearly posted here, so I guess we'll have to go into " Chat " on Monday, and get the same old run around of denial.

***--->Having too much bandwidth<--- that is a problem with
connecting to MyTrade???? <GGGGG>

...first time I have heard this one before...will make an attempt once again to get a real-live tech person on the phone or in chat, who will really offer some thing close to a solution or answer....but I won't get my hopes up.

MyTrade is a total crapshoot, to trade with, and would love to see them get better....sounds like you are leaving them ?

;-)
