Well, thanks for raising the conscious level and I will make a more marked effort to stay on top of this.

There was a time, for a while, that I looked into IDC and followed the SI IDC thread, though my focus was on it being a contender with Qualcomm and CDMA technology. The litigation with ERICY was, and I guess, continues to be a part of its coverage. At the time, it didn't sway me to sell my ERICY to jump into IDC.

I guess my own jury is still out on this one ;^)
