This is simply an admission on the part of Web Street that they have very poor execution on market orders.

I would have to disagree. While all orders are still at the mercy of US Clearing's executions for a few more months, I'd have to agree with Doc Stone's assessment that it is probably a policy designed to protect clients from getting creamed on a thinly traded BB stock.

What kind of "trader" would want to place a market order trade on a BB stock anyway unless you are trying to get killed? Go jump off a bridge if you want to commit suicide.
