Whoops -- Not often I have to post a reply to myself. I received a PM pointing out a typo in the following post I made earlier: Message 12857354 Item C-2 should of course read 12/13/99 for the preliminary IPO S-1 filing, not 12/13/00. Hope that didn't mislead anyone. You can tell my eyes are firmly fixed on the future for COMS and not on the past! David T.
