Mike and Cliff, not trying to blow smoke up yours, but just wanted to passed that your resent posts are right on. Sometimes folks on rb goes on and on and on and on ..... and don't really say much or beats the horse after it dead buried and decomposed. Make your comments / points and a few clarifications or rebuttals AND move on.

I for one, a shareholder support management in the latest proxy's. Don't get me wrong xtra shares will dilute my stock value, which I don't like. But if they need those shares for financing, repayment of debt, etc., though it may seem alittle high, but ok. Their reasoning seemed valid. Give them the tools to do their job more effiencently and TIMELY and not have their energies focus'd on none productive issues and barriers. What would I want more, a whole lot of nothing or a little bit of alot.

As shareholders we are obligated to ourselves and other shareholders to research and undig as much VALID information on the company's doings and to vote appropiately on our findings that is in the best interest of the shareholders (ourselves) and company. Yes the company, if the company don't survive then we all loss in the long run. I for one have spent hundreds of hours digging, researching and making calls and inquiries for information and feel confident that my yes vote is in the best interests of the shareholders and company.

Sorry for getting on a soap box, just wanted one last redutal to the many backseat drivers that thinks their Gods gift to company management.
