Ojing, The big chunk of TSQD has been converted to DRIV. They are still holding a little TSQD in escrow to cover any small items that may come up. If anyone calls DRIV IR the might want to ask them when the rest of the TSQD will be converted. Thanks in advance - Regards, Rick
