Hi Dennis,

Thanks for your interest in the order. I am trying to drum up

I can't say the financials look great, and I haven't answered the
question of how big a percentage of Bandai's business is
tamagotchis. The toy may be a better buy than the stock :-) The
VERY low liquidity of the ADR also bothers me. I don't know if
this is because the general public in the States doesn't know
about tamagotchis yet or if it's because investors in the know
know that Bandai is in bad enough shape that tamagotchis won't
help it. I wish we could see charts of the company's earnings
and stock price around the time of the Power Rangers craze.

I think I'll stay on the sidelines for a while and see what happens.
Meanwhile, I also found their mailing address to get a copy of
their annual report and a company brochure and a quarterly
newsletter. If anyone is interested, the address is:

Public Relations Section
Bandai Co., Ltd.

Taito-ku, Tokyo 111-81
Japan

Best regards,

Kirk
