DJ, same problemo here. Got a bug into Q+ for Monday, maybe they have a newer prg for us. Are you using smart charts? I use layouts with lots of drawn hoopla on em. This is what I did... Open MS with no chart up. Delete the security in the downloader. Then exit MS. Use the Q+ MS utility for the security you want. Restart MS and all is there. You may run into problems if you try to open a layout with no security there. So make sure you convert first. Also try a test one first. Don't know about smart charts or virtual... bdog
