I agree! The problem is that the management lives in a world of their own. They are not trying to benefit all shareholders with their actions, they are looking after their own interests. With their multi-voting shares that allow 10 votes per share, they hold the majority of votes. No one can impact their decisions...I for one voted against their recommendations when I placed my telephone proxy vote.

They went after Eskimo Pie because they felt Eskimo Pie's management was not working for the benefit of the shareholders. I say look in your own back yard before venturing into someone else's!
