Was that fair to the common equity investor? It certainly was. You get what you pay for. Reality bites and works both ways. PS Mining is a honest way to earn a living. Nothing more nor less. Now I'd be interested in hearing from you how the gold mining industry is superior to all other industries, as you seem to insinuate, if you'd care to travel down that road.
