Doug,do not give yourself to much credit.
You have been arguing with me about the future of ATM
at the end of 1999(December) when FCC rulling was already known (I did not know about it at that time).
However I was pointing out that huge Bell South project and SBC Pronto(6 billion), not mentioning BT and FT were already indication that big boys like ATM.

As for your "smart" timing it was you who day after LU pre-announcement was posting here that is is time to short telecom sector.
Not counting LU, everything in this sector is much higher.
