Larry, this CMGI Asia initiative w/ PCCLF will help very small Net firms (or even IDEAS) get incubated. They will also invest as CMGI does. All of CMGI's operating units will have China counterparts. I.e. ENGA China, ALTA China, iCast China, etc. The operating units will own 40% of their China counterpart. CMGI itself will own another 30% (50% of the 60% left over) of those operating units coming from CMGI. And of course CMGI will own 50% of all the other aspects of CMGI Asia. It's a beautiful thing which has been GREATLY overlooked by the investment community. I can't wait to hear about ALTA being the portal of choice for PCCLF/C&W HKT... at least that's what I imagine will happen, just as we are now the portal for SOFN's new venture. BTW, PCCLF owns 20% or so of SOFN, and they are in a 50/50 deal to enter Asia. It's a wonderful web we have weaved. :-)
