Jill, this is not your typical arbitrage play. And COMS should not sell off after the IPO, because they will still own 80% of PALM and the distribution does not happen for six months. This is more like getting in an IPO through the back door. Even if COMS goes to zero after distribution, you can still make out. This could be another CREE :-)
