That's what the <VBG> was for. I was reading that all over the PMCS, AMCC and even the JDSU threads. Got everyone in a stir because George is so well followed. George is just being George, and making sure that everyone knows the future is optical. SONET will be with us well after 2000. Damn! I just came back from Mexico! SONET is light-years (no pun intended) ahead of where they are! Steve
