Not making known their future business plan has nothing to do whatsoever with a class action suit. I'm not sure why you even make such a comment.

Of course, I am hoping. But, You have no basis in known facts to NOT surmise a great plan.

I have looked at the odds and placed my bets. Have you ever read the book, A Random Walk Down Wall Street? I know that events happen randomly and quickly, but I'm comfortable with it all given the potential of Linux.

You seem to believe that Cowpland got a good deal for shareholders and that Fuller did a bad job. If that's the way you feel, then sell your shares and don't even think about it. True, the jury on fuller is still out, but when he took the wheel at inpr, wasn't the share price at around $3 and wasn't it he who focused the company on linux? Wouldn't most of the jury look favorably at him?

We can banter about it all day. Let's just give it some time and see what happens. I see inpr over $20 by end of March.
