My goodness, what a pleasant surprise to come back from 3D reality courtesy of a crashed computer, and find you here, Janice! I thought you had gone away forever to fight evil on the penny stock threads, so it is very, very nice to see you at Feelings. You must be a very, very important person these days, because a writer made quite a big effort to interview me for a book he is writing which seemed to be about you mostly, and a wee bit about the early days of SI. Or should I say the better days of SI? Is it worth it to come back here? Is it still fun at all? I got happier when I saw your name, but it doesn't seem to be the old place at all, really.
I have been gone so long it does not seem practical to read the entire thread, but when I read several articles over the past several weeks and found out that Finland and Denmark and Britain and Israel also had laws on the books now against spanking children, and I believe Germany is considering this as well, and that it is a growing international movement, it was very frustrating indeed to be computerless. |
