I used to do that too ... maarten.

but now... like with the fuel company runners ...

I 'play' only a small amount of shares.

for instance:
If I usually buy 1000 shares of a normal stock ...

then ... when 'chasing' a potential 'runner' I trade only 1/5 of a normal position or 200 shares

if you usually buy 300 shares of stock .... 'play' only 25 or 50 shares of stock

that way ... I do not worry about a big fast loss .... as the amount invested is 1/5 normal

and the gain is often just as great or better than any normal moving stock that you are fully invested in

p.s. yes ... still own PRCY ... going on 5 years now ... an actual ... investment ... made when I first became interested in investing. They still have timely reports ... even after going bb ....
I thought I would sell for a loss last year when they talked of a reverse ... but when that was turned down and they opted for bb rather than the reverse ... I knew they had a chance to make the business succeed.
reverse are the killer of stock killers and sometimes a 'manuever' company's 'play' ... they did not play dirty
I am not thinking of selling it ... this is just the beginning of a new era for them!
