I'm with you Steve. I will add however, that sign-ups for the class-action suit have been plastered all over the web, including one which you can actually sign up via the web. This could be a real laugher if FMKT hits 350-400 about the time the suit comes to trial! AS many new customers as FMKT is signing up, the impact of gaining or losing one customer is become less and less of an issue. Good luck to all! Mike
