Jay, GRCI has the head end equipment that does full multiplexing..I don't believe that they will be making the set top boxes..that do the de-mux..but I'm not certain about that. ============ To deliver the data, several hundred thousand DVB channels, each carrying 50 or more simultaneous subscriber streams, will be required in order to provide lowest cost per stream for expected peak use loads. GENROCO's new DVP-2732 controller is currently the only product capable of sustaining such speed in delivering transport streams containing interleaved voice, video, and data to cable headend devices. Deployment of DVB based video server field trials will begin before the end of 1998.
