Dear LostYourButt, I know because this happens all the time. Most of us are well aware that Frank updates his own messages and then the staff has to clean them up afterwards.
This latest message was updated by Frank late Friday afternoon and right now I'm sure several Franklin employees who read these threads are anxiously waiting for tomorrow morning to get them fixed.

And as pointed out, Frank clearly cut and pasted the 1999 IPO update message and neglected to change the next year to this year. Watch it magically get changed tomorrow morning :-)
