CENOSIS ANNOUNCES THE CONCLUSION OF A FINANCING OF 2.5 MILLION DOLLARS
MONTREAL, Feb. 10 /CNW/ - Cenosis inc. (ME: ``CE'), at the Montreal Exchange request, wishes to comment on its current activities of its stock by announcing the conclusion of a bridge financing with investors, soon to be completed with a private investment of 2.5 million dollars. This financing is a result of step taken by the Company, as indicated in the February 1st 2000 press release. In accordance with private investment conditions, each minimum capital investment of 150 000 dollars will enable the subscriptor to obtain 68 182 units including one common share and half of a warrant. Each whole warrant will give the right to acquire common shares at the exercice price of 2.20$ for a maximum period of 6 months after the investment closure. The majority of the funds will be used to proceed with the commercial launch, jointly with Bell Nexxia, of the new broadband digital transfer service of its subsidiary Kangacom. This transaction is subject to regulatory authorities . Cenosis is a high-technology company active in the design and development of workflow software for the print media and publishers, in applications development for digital data transfer in the graphic arts industry, and also in systems integration.
