Sales. Service. Reliability. Security. Those are the watchwords of Steve Ballmer's Microsoft. The Gates bywords - "vision," "cool," "Information At Your Fingertips" - are the old Microsoft.

Nowhere is the Ballmerization of Microsoft more evident than in Windows 2000...."
