Stew,

It is my understanding that GIC and SFA shipped 1.3MM boxes this last Q and at $15/unit Gemstar should have generated the recognized $18MM.

But the press release clearly stated that the $18MM was partial recognition of "past-due" fees, meaning that it had nothing to do with currently earned fees. It still remains a source of confusion to me.
