ANALYSTS BULLISH ON DDD ?As C-3D follows its business model, utilizing its vertical and horizontal market leverage abilities to gain share within its markets, we anticipate strong upside potential for the Company?s stock. We thus recommend the accumulation of C-3D?s shares for appropriate investors interested in supporting a market leader in a rapidly growing industry still in its infancy.

We believe C-3D will likely meet or exceed our 6-month projection of $24 per share."

STATE-OF-THE-ART TECHNOLOGY
C-3D Digital holds the patent on a key technological process ? the conversion of 2D images to 3D in real-time. This technology is utilized in DDD?s increasingly popular retail product, the C-3D Imaging System, which combines a set-top-box (hardware that is easily connected to a television set) and LCD shuttered glasses to convert ordinary 2D television shows, movies, and video games into 3D moving objects and environments.

The system is compatible with nearly all TV sets, video game consoles, DVDs, VCRs, and broadcast and satellite transmissions.

Stereoscopic 3D, also known as ?True 3D,? is the most remarkable viewing technology that DDD offers. True 3D content is computer-generated or filmed with special stereoscopic cameras. With True 3D, images fly off the screen, providing the viewer with spectacular depth and realism.

The Company also designs and builds leading-edge 3D stereoscopic cameras. Headed by the Academy Award-winning camera designer Ken Robings, DDD?s creative staff and camera operators produce eye-popping entertainment in-house for distribution on its 3D television network and for future penetration in the consumer video and DVD market.
