D. Alan Hunter, general counsel, whose expertise spans 19 years covering corporate law, civil litigation, appeals, and other transactional work. His experience includes acting as in-house counsel for a direct-to-home satellite programmer and Internet service company.

Ken Bringhurst, president of 3D.COM, founded Strata Corp. in 1987. Under his leadership, Strata experienced six consecutive years of growth and a 40%+ annual growth rate.
