OT Ev, I almost tried to do just that at .16. Would've been a nice buy, but I'll have to be content with the shares I have. SCMS is remarkable in how its core followers (including myself) have remained interested after several years of waiting. Even those who have been out of the stock for awhile would dive back in immediately, if the company were to announce a big contract. There's no denying the power of the technology, and if they've finally found a large market for it, the stock will be $2-3 in a hurry, IMO.
