SCS SOLARS Computing Systems Inc., a leading developer and provider of
business-to-business travel information systems,has signed its second
software license and support contract with CIMEX Corporation of Panama.
Under phase one of this agreement, CIMEX will rollout the TourTek inventory
management and reservation system for nine of its 54 tour operators. This
initial contract is worth in excess of $250,000 this year.
John Latremouille, vice-president of operations of TourTek said, "The
signing of nine CIMEX tour operators this year in South America, the
Bahamas, Mexico and Europe gives TourTek the global market presence it's
looking for. The first installation, Nassau, Bahamas, has been completed
with great success. The successful installation of the first nine will
result in additional agreements.
CIMEX Corporation has 54 wholly owned subsidiaries around the world and
specializes in inbound leisure travel to the Caribbean.
SCS Solars Computing Systems Inc. is the developer and provider of
proprietary software solutions that help improve the productivity and
profitability of travel vendors and travel retailers worldwide.
