If one were to stuff a channel, wouldn't it come out in the wash a Q or two down the road?

It reminds me of an un-named company that I used to work for that would "borrow" into next month's "continuing" sales to hit this month's targets. It seems to me, a lowly techie, that you'll just reach a time-shifted steady state, that gains you nothing over the long haul.

True, if you can pull off a pyramid-type scheme until you get bought, it would work. But it seems to me that maintaining that over the course of years would be dang-near impossible.

Hmmm..... makes me wonder about the current state of the tech market.... <gg>
